Waste Material
You the customer agrees that
the material placed in the dumpsters we rent to
you shall be “waste material” as defined here
and shall contain no other substances.
The term “waste material” refers to solid waste
generated by you the customer and shall not
include anything radioactive, volatile, highly
flammable, explosive, biomedical, infectious,
toxic or hazardous material. The term “hazardous
material” refers to any amount of waste listed
or characterized as hazardous by the United
States Environmental Protection Agency or any
state agency pursuant to the Resource
Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, as
amended or applicable by law. Title to and
liability for any waste excluded above shall
remain with you the customer and and you the
customer expressly agrees to defend, indemnify
and hold harmless our company from and against
any and all damages, penalties, fines and
liabilities resulting from or arising out of
such waste excluded above.
Driveways & Parking Areas
Customer agrees that any
customer provided area for our dumpster
equipment is sufficient to handle the weight of
all of our equipment and vehicles required to
provide our dumpster services. In the delivery
of our services, our company shall not be held
liable or responsible for damage to any private
pavement, lawns, fences, shrubbery, septic
system, underground utilities, wells, walkways,
or curbs.
